Hi Lucie - I am sending several
pictures you can choose to use for your web site..
This is Luke, from Quesnel B.C. He is just turning 16 months. He
is the 3rd of our long-haired shepherds, and has all of the
wonderful qualities of that breed. Luke is extremely intelligent,
before he was 11 months old he knew "get back" (when he wanted us
to throw his ball), "go right", "car", "truck" "rope" "leave the
cat alone!" (although he pretends not to know that one!) and many
more. He has a great sense of humour - usually at our expense.
We have never had any problems leaving him alone in the car, and
he was very easy to train. We were sure we didn't want another
dog after losiing our last one, and when we decided to get one we
looked for a long time. We fell in love with Luke's parents as
soon as we saw them on the internet, but were not sure about
shipping a puppy all the way across the country. In spite of a
few problems along the way, Luke came through like a trooper - and
"talked" to us all the way home - no doubt telling us how glad he
was to be out of that crate! He has been the best thing that
happened to us in a long time. We love him dearly, and every day
we are amazed at something he does! I would highly recommend
Lucie's dogs to anyone looking to have a forever friend. She does
a terrific job of getting them started before she even sends them
to their new homes. It is obvious that they are raised with love
and lots of knowledge.

Bye
bye,

My reference is
simple..!! Lucie is without a doubt one of the most
amazing people I have ever dealt with. We acquired Lexus Von
Caid on Nov.27/09 after finding Lucie by chance. Immediately
after seeing Caid and Pheboe and talking with Lucie the choice
was simple, we HAD to have a new pup. Lucie made the whole
process very easy and was always there if we had any
questions. Lexy arrived on her flight to Halifax as a healthy,
happy, curious and if I may say, "one of the most beautiful
dogs I have ever seen". We had lost our last dog Tasha after
14 years and what a joy to see Lexy after a 2 year absence of
getting over our loss. After only 10 days or so Lexy was
obeying, sit, stay, turn around, lay down, speak, shake paw and
high 5. We were shocked at her eager attitude and sheer
willingness to learn anything you threw at her. Now after
almost 5 months Lexy has more then outdone herself. I wake up
everyday wanting to spend time with her and vice versa. She is
eager to take on any challenge and comes to the woods everyday
with us as we are forestry contractors. The intelligence she
exhibits amazes me. Lexy is now almost 7 months old and weighs
in at a whooping 73-74lbs and stands approx. 24-25 inches at
shoulders. When people see her they are truly amazed that she
is "still a puppy". All i can say is if you are truly looking
for a big, beautiful companion that will exceed anything you
could hope for, DO NOT pass on this breeder, you would be
making a huge mistake. I am not trying to sell these pups, I
am just being 100% honest, come see MY dog for yourself.
Please be prepared to spend alot of time with this breed as
they will beg you to teach them anything and you will have the
time of your life watching them grasp the challenge. In
closing, as always, I want to say, Thank-You Lucie and the
Dream Team...Caid and Pheboe. You can see Lexy on YouTube....lexyvoncaid...check
her out. Any questions feel free to contact us for pics. and

Proud owners of Obvious Von
Caïd:
While many choose to adopt their
pure-bred GSD's as pups, we chose to adopt Obvious Von Caid at
five months of age. Since then we haven't looked back. Obvious
has a wonderful temperment and demeanor, and he displays
great affection toward Isil and I. It was only a matter of
days in his new surrounding before Obvious was walking
confidently by our side at loose leash.
This is a dog that loves to work! He embraces the challenge of
"rescuing" treats or toys which we hide in the
house. As well, this past September Obvious passed his basic
obedience classes without any trouble at all. We take
him for extended walks through nearby woodlands and let him
off lead without worrying if he will stray; we take him
to the local dog park and he hasn't had trouble socializing
with other dogs- large or small. He has a confident trot and
regularly receives compliments on his beauty!
We've put considerable time and energy into ensuring that
Obvious recieves plenty of physical exercise and mental
stimulation- two things that are necessary for a highly-intellegent,
working breed like a long-coated German Shepherd- and our
efforts are paying off. Obvious is a wonderful companion
for us!
